Ordering

Orders are placed through the Rivers Fish mobile app or by phone. Availability is subject to daily stock; if an item runs out, our team will contact you with alternatives or a refund.

Delivery

Delivery inside Rangpur City is completed within approximately 2 hours from confirmation, subject to traffic and weather. Nationwide delivery times vary by district and courier route.

Delivery charges depend on distance, order weight, and packaging requirements. The final charge is shown before checkout.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change based on daily market rates.

Cash on Delivery is available on all orders. Additional payment methods, when offered, will be visible at checkout.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before packing begins. After packing, cancellation may incur a small handling fee to cover ice and packaging costs.

Refunds

If a product does not meet our freshness or quality standard at delivery, notify the courier immediately. We will replace the item on the next available delivery slot or refund the amount to you.

Customer Responsibilities

Please provide a reachable phone number and accurate address. Refrigerate perishable items promptly after delivery to preserve freshness.

Liability

Rivers Fish is not liable for damages caused by improper storage or handling after delivery, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
